Appointment Booking Policy

BOOK AN APPOINTMENT for any of our services online any time - day or night!
Please note that before any appointment is confirmed with the online booking system, a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required at the time of booking. Deposits are to be sent to email@example.com. Once received, your appointment will be confirm via text/email.
Facial + Specialty Skin Treatments - $50
Microneedling - $100
Ombre Brow - $100
Your deposit will be applied to your service and full payment is required at the end of each treatment. You can pay using cash, credit (no AMEX), debit, or etransfer. Please be advised that taxes are applicable on all payment methods (excluding cash)
Life happens, and sometimes unforeseen circumstances derails our plans. At Vera's Radiance 3 days prior you appointment, you will receive a reminder text/email. Kindly send your confirmation by replying "C" to the text message.
If you need to cancel your appointment, PLEASE PROVIDE 48 HOURS NOTICE. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 HOURS OR LESS OR YOU ARE A NO SHOW (15 mins or more) YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT.
When you NO SHOW or CANCEL your appointment last minute, THREE people lose:
1. You, the client, do not receive the service and care you need
2. Other clients, who need services and care that could have taken that appointment
3. Me, your Esthetician that is sitting there, wasting valuable time and wondering if you are going to show up.
ANOTHER DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BOOK AGAIN
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. This will ensure the best overall experience for your treatment. If you are late, your appointment will be cut short and you will be required to pay in full. This ensures fairness for all clients involved.
